We buy the Polish meat directly from the manufacturers and cooperating slaughterhouses. Good beef is not only about the breed. We control the way in which the nutrition and treatment of the livestock is being carried out, the way in which the animals are transported to the slaughterhouse, the slaughter process and all of the operations related to meat that take place next. We take a great care about the meat cutting, seasoning and shipping preparation processes. When it comes to the foreign meat, we import it directly from the best manufacturers in Australia, USA, Ireland, Uruguay and the UK. We follow our rule - good meat is the meat we know.


We use a “dry-seasoning” procedure, which takes at least 28 days. Throughout that process, we control the temperature, humidity and the air flow. Seasoning is the part of the process, thanks to which our steaks are characterized by unique, persistent and deep flavour.


We treat the meat-cutting process very seriously. A special-purpose saw makes it possible to make precise cuts, we are able to create steaks out of large, non-standard pieces of meat. Thanks to that, our guests have an ability to order steaks of any thickness.


As the first company in Poland, we use a special grill/stove heated by charcoal and wood, when we prepare our steaks. The temperature which reaches the level of 500 degrees Celsius guarantees that the meat is perfectly caramelized, while the use of charcoal for grilling makes the meat tasty - in an unique way. Our menu includes the full selection of steaks, such as Rib Eye, New York, T-bone, Porterhouse, Flat Iron, Rump, Bavette, Chateaubriand and tenderloins.



We offer almost 200 white, red, sparkling and dessert wines, not only are they imported from large vineyards, but also from smaller, less-reputable manufacturers. We cooperate only with the best importers. We often know the winemakers, whose wines we recommend, in person. Our wine menu has been appreciated by the Michelin guide and numerous professional magazines.



We serve only the best alcohols, perfectly matching the steaks, including the Scottish Single Malt Whisky, American Bourbons or Cognacs. We also offer a wide selection of classic cocktails, including Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Warsaw Martini, along with liquers and bitters from all around the world.

The prices in offer includes:

The final confirmation of the organization of receipt by the restaurant Butchery and Wine is written information (e-mail) and prepayement of approximately 30% of the total amount of selected proposal.

Terms of reservation:

  • If the number of people confirmed ealier on the day of the reservation will change to smaller one, the customer will be charged for the previously confirmed number of participants.
  • However, if the number of people at the event is greater than the one set, the client will be charged for each additional person by the amount resulting from the determined calculation.
